If an item has become damaged in the postal system then you may be able to make a claim with the postal service - As always, I encourage you to get in touch if there are any problems at all.
I have no control over each country's mail service and customs office, I can only ship the package in good faith and send it on its way
Whatever happened at the custom office in your country is the responsibility of the purchaser.-
